Return & Refund Policy

As a service-based business, Friendly Home Services does not offer physical product returns.
1. Service Satisfaction
We aim to deliver high-quality service. If you are not satisfied:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of service completion
- We may offer a re-service or correction
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- A valid complaint is raised within the allowed timeframe
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Issues caused by pre-existing conditions
- Customer negligence or lack of preparation
- Weather-related limitations
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a fee
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
